Tech: Big Brother Facebook vote refunds

Channel 5 have released this statement regarding Facebook voting for Big Brother 2012

It is with sincere regret that we have had to permanently suspend the Facebook voting application for Big Brother 2012 from Thursday 2nd August.  Please note that viewers are eligible for a refund for any unused Big Brother votes that they have. In order to facilitate these refunds we have emailed those affected via the email address registered to their Facebook account. However, in some cases, security settings have prevented us from contacting those affected.
If you have unused BB votes, and you have not received an email from us, all you have to do is complete and return the refund form to the email address below and we will match up the details you provide with those in our records. Votes will be refunded at the same rate of purchase (i.e. £0.33 each) and will normally be processed within 28 days of us receiving your form.
Any affected viewers who have not claimed using the form below or responded to our email by Tuesday 4th September, will have the value of their unused votes donated to the NSPCC.
