Doc Brown (real name Ben Bailey Smith) is a British former rapper, currently a comedian, actor, screenwriter and voiceover artist


Ben Bailey Smith was born in December 1980, in London, growing up in the area of Kilburn. His mother had grown up in Jamaica and emigrated to Britain in 1969. Their marriage was his father's second. His parents divorced when he was a child. Smith is the younger brother of novelist and essayist Zadie Smith.

He also has a younger brother Luke who is a professional rapper performing under the name Luc Skyz.
