"Godzilla" Jax Dane is on a rampage through the National Wrestling Alliance, and it continued this past Friday when he won the 2015 Smoky Mountain Cup.
Dane emerged victorious in NWA Smoky Mountain's signature event of the year, a grueling one-night, 12-man tournament with the winner earning a shot at the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Title. Dane's Cup win came just six days after he defeated Tim Storm to unify the NWA North American and National Titles.
This powerhouse has one goal: to become the first National Wrestling Alliance Triple Crown Champion. Dane already has completed two-thirds of that triple crown, and now he has a guaranteed shot at the "10 pounds of gold", currently held by New Japan star Hiroyoshi Tenzan.
As Dane awaits the right moment to take his shot at Tenzan, he has another huge match confirmed. He'll make his return to NWA Smoky Mountain on Saturday, May 9, where he faces Rob Conway as part of Collision Course 10 from the Civic Auditorium in Kingsport, TN!
Dane and Conway know each other quite well. Together as the IronGodz, they won the NWA World Tag Team Titles in late 2013 and competed in the New Japan World Tag League on two separate occasions. Conway, a former two-time NWA World Champion himself, has been a mentor and great friend to Dane but this is the first time they've ever faced each other one on one! Will "Godzilla" continue his march of dominance through the NWA? Or will the "Iron Man" get the best of Dane?
This is the latest addition to the all-star spectacular that is Collision Course 10. This event is topped by a huge double main event, featuring Jason Kincaid defending the NWA Southeastern Heavyweight Title against John Morrison, while IWGP Heavyweight Champ AJ Styles battles Chase Owens in a non-title showdown!

–NWA North American & National Heavyweight Champion Jax Dane defeated Gavin Daring in the first round of the Smoky Mountain Cup.
–NWA Southeastern Heavyweight Champion Jason Kincaid defeated Chris Richards in the first round of the Smoky Mountain Cup.
–NWA U.S. Tag Champions The Heatseekers (Sigmon & Elliott Russell) defeated the Tate Twins (Brent & Brandon) to retain their titles.
